Information and Terms & Conditions

as at 30th July 2026.

INTRODUCTION

True Vintage Markets Vintage & Contemporary Fabric Destash (TVM-FD) specialises in vintage & contemporary fabric, haberdashery, thread, lace, trims, buttons, vintage tea towels & tablecloths etc.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided for stallholders.
There will be a Gold Coin donation for the public and a percentage of our profits are donated to environmental, humanitarian and animal justice causes.

STALL FEES:

Stalls are $35

Stalls are 2m wide x 1.8m deep, except for those in front of the stage, these are 1.6m deep as the stage can be used for display or storage.

A maximum of 2 stalls can be booked per stallholder.

Tables $5 (Tables for hire are limited. One table booking per stallholder regardless of number of stalls booked)

1. GENERAL INFORMATION & APPLYING TO BE A STALLHOLDER
2. True Vintage Markets Fabric Destash (TVM-FD) are owned and operated by Sonya Manzalini and Shaun Pollington in conjunction with our Yes! Productions event business.
3. A Stallholder Application Form must be submitted and approved to become a stallholder at TVM-FD. The Stallholder Application Form can be found via the TVM Home Page at www.yesproductions.com.au.
4. By submitting a TVM-FD Stallholder Application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the TVM-FD Terms & Conditions.
5. Applicants are approved based on the description of your items in your application and that you have read these Terms and Conditions.
6. You will be notified by email regarding the outcome of your application. If you are accepted, your contact details and items description are added to our contact list.
7. You only need to apply to be a stallholder once, unless point 10 & 11 (below) applies.
8. Once your application is accepted, you become a TVM-FD Stallholder and will receive the relevant notifications about upcoming markets, booking stalls at a market, and special information emails.
9. TVM-FD reserves the right to accept or reject applications to be a stallholder.
10. TVM-FD reserves the right to rescind an accepted stallholder application if your items are revealed or deemed not in keeping with the criteria of the market.
11. Rescinded stallholders will need to re-apply with items that comply with TVM-FD criteria.
12. TVM-FD are held in doors. 
13. TVM-FD will go ahead regardless of weather unless it is deemed extreme or dangerous. You will be notified if TVM-FD is cancelled as early as possible.
14. Sale items must comply with the description in the above Introduction.
15. Stalls are limited to 2 stall per stallholder.
16. STALL SIZE & DETAILS
17. Stalls are 2m wide x 1.8m deep and are $35 per stall.
18. Stalls situated in front of the stage in the Main Hall are reduced to 1.6m deep because the stage can be used for display or storage.
19. Stallholders are permitted to have tables, all of which must fit into the parameters of the stall space.
20. Stallholders will supply their own tables no larger than 1800mm x 750mm (1.8m x .75m)
21. A limited number of tables are available for hire. (See point 31 below)
22. If you have a specific stall setup, you should bring that, as long as it fits into the parameters of the stall space.
23. Two people are permitted per stall, chairs are provided at our Adamstown venue.
24. Stall numbers are limited and are allocated by TVM-FD on the day.
25. Stallholders are NOT permitted to pack-up or leave TVM-FD until the arranged Bump-out time.
26. BOOKING A STALL
27. TVM-FD uses Humanitix for booking stalls and accepting payment.
28. The “Book a Stall” notification email with the Humanitix “Book a Stall” link for the upcoming Fabric Destash, is sent to the stallholder mailing list, via MailChimp.
29. Open and read the “Book a Stall” notification email, click on the “Book a Stall” link in the email, then click on the “Book a Stall” button on our Humanitix page, book one or two stalls, add one (1) table only if you need one, then go to Checkout and pay.
30. You will then receive a booking confirmation email with all the information you need about the upcoming market.
31. BOOKING A TABLE (if you need one)
32. A limited number of large and small tables are available. If you need a table, you can book a table during the “Book a Stall“ process for $5.
33. One table per stallholder is available via the booking process regardless of the number of stalls booked. If you need more than one table, you will need to arrange this yourself. 
34. NOTIFICATIONS
35. TVM-FD use MailChimp for notifications about the next market date, when bookings are open for sale via Humanitix, reminders about booking a stall, changes to T&Cs and other relevant information about TVM-FD. You do not get flooded with emails.
36. It is advised to add (events@yesproductions.com.au) to your email contact list to ensure you receive TVM-FD email notifications.
37. Individual emails are sent via (events@yesproductions.com.au) as required.
38. BUMP-IN & BUMP-OUT
39. Bump-in time is 6.30am. Bump-in must be completed by 8.00am, prior to Doors Open.
40. Bump-out time is 1.00pm. Bump-out must be completed by 2.00pm.
41. TVM is open to the public from 8.00am – 1.00pm.
42. PRESENTATION & SAFETY
43. All rubbish must be removed. Stallholders must remove all their rubbish, boxes and any debris. No unwanted items are to be left on the premises.
44. Stalls are to be professionally presented and be clean and tidy.
45. Stallholders must setup their stall in a safe manner and ensure their site is safe.
46. Please ensure that there are NO trip hazards.
47. Public access must be kept clear at all times during opening hours. 8.00am – 1.00pm.
48. INSURANCE
49. Yes! Productions holds Public Liability Insurance to cover the True Vintage Markets operations while on the venue premises. It includes insurance for having market stalls on site and injury to stallholders and visitors at the market.
50. Yes! Productions Public Liability Insurance does not cover stallholder items, equipment or personal belongings.
51. Stallholders agree that True Vintage Markets and Adamstown Uniting Church are not responsible for any loss or damage to any items, including personal belongings, stock and displays at TVM-FD and that stallholders display their items at their own risk.
52. Stallholders should have their own insurance to cover any loss or damage of any items, including personal belongings, stock or displays and will pursue any claim through their own insurance policy.
53. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
54. No refunds will be given if the stallholder does not attend TVM-FD.
55. If TVM-FD is cancelled due to extreme or dangerous weather conditions, you will be given the option to have your stall fee held over to the next market or receive a refund, less the initial Humanitix booking fee. 
56. If you are not able to attend the next market, you should use the refund option.
57. PHOTOGRAPHY
58. Stallholders give consent to TVM-FD to take photos of stalls and displays. These photos will be used for promotion of subsequent markets.
59. Please inform the organisers, PRIOR to TVM-FD or ON THE DAY, if you DO NOT wish your stall to be photographed on the day.
60. SOCIAL MEDIA & PROMOTION
61. It is in the best interest of stallholders to promote and share TVM Fabric Destash via social media and any other means. Stallholders can submit photos and captions for the Facebook page via email to events@yesproductions.com.au and the organisers will upload them.
